These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and n99999 ("n99999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at n99999.app and all related services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, wallet services, bonuses, and customer support.

2.4 Account Approval

n99999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such decision.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you.

3.1 KYC Verification

n99999 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") obligations. You may be required to provide:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement not older than three months);

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency & Conversion

Your n99999 wallet operates in PKR by default for Pakistani players. Where bets or games are denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. n99999 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

All sports bets placed on n99999 are subject to the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant sport and market type. In the event of a bet being voided, the original stake will be returned to the user's wallet.

5.1 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time without prior notice. n99999 cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, whether through official result or otherwise, will be voided.

5.2 Casino & Slots

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age;

• Account activity is inconsistent with normal player behaviour and raises concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;

In the event of account closure for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the applicable payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

n99999's aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
